Herceg Novi (MINA-BUSINESS) - The shareholders# assembly of the trading company Mjesovito appointed a five-member board of directors and approved a list of shareholders. The company has 1,400 shareholders, with 32 percent belonging to citizens, 21 percent to the pension fund, 21 percent to the privatisation fund HLT, 18 percent to the Eurofond and 7.0 percent to the Labour office.
