For disposal of solid wastes in three coastal municipalities, the Government of Montenegro would allot 1.2 million USD of the credit from the World Bank, while 650,000 USD would be given for water-supply system in Upper Zeta.
The Government passed at today#s session the information on allotment of these means that have so far been only approved, and their payment has not yet been stated.
Minister of urban development and vital environment protection, Rade Gregovic, said that 2 million USD - the grant that the World Bank gave to Montenegro, 1,000 USD would be allotted for technical assistance.
"Solid wastes would be removed from Kotor, Tivat and Budva and means would be directed for water-supply system of Upper Zeta. After Donators# conference it was decided that these activities are priority ones," said Gregovic after the session of the Government.
He stated that the Board of directors of the World Bank would discuss the proposal of their mission and that purposed provision of means as well as establishing of the activity plan was necessary for passing of the final decision.
"All preconditions for signing the contract on the use of means of the World Bank would be realized. The dynamics of realization would depend on first shares that are to be sent by this institution," said Gregovic.
