Union supports the conclusion of director of `Jugooceanija`
Executive Board of the Trade Union of Jugooceanija would request from its members at the meeting today to support the conclusions of the Board of directors on protection of the interests of employees, property and respect of the company, announced Petar Idrizovic, president of the Union. He said that the Union would start the issue of responsibility of people who implemented the procedure of re-registration of ships, taking and paying of debts and present the documents on ownership of Jugooceanija over ships Novi and Orjen. "We shall request from inspectors for business crime to investigate the trilateral agreement that was signed in 1996 by Jugooceanija, company Dabinovic from Monaco and Adriatic Shipyard from Bijela, because it was harmful for our company," said Idrizovic. Jugooceanija doubts that the Shipyard issues baseless bills that are much higher than the present price of the ship Novi. "It is also necessary to recheck the role of the company Dakovic in the fall of Jugooceanija, since it denies the ownership over the ship Novi, although the credit of 6.85 million USD that had been taken in 1996 for payoff of the ship was fully paid two years later," said Idrizovic. He said that the company Dabinovic increased the amount of the credit for payoff of the ship for expenses of the crew and management for about half million USD. Idrizovic claims that the total expenses that Dabinovic requests from Jugooceanija at the Business Court in Podgorica are beyond the value of the ship Novi, although they have been paid together with interest rates.
