Experts of consultant firms of the Privatization Council of Montenegro will initiate new process of evaluation of the Montenegrin #Telecom# value in months that follow, announced director of the Agency for restructuring of economy and foreign investments Branko Vujovic. "According to the agreement they signed with the Council, their obligation is to re-evaluate the value of the company and the Agency is not to participate in that process. It will not be possible to announce the result of the evaluation", said Vujovic for Montena Buisness. He said that Informative memorandum, that is, tender documentation for Telecom would not be changed. Documentation that would be valid is last year#s tender documentation published on 18 June and that till 26 November no buyers applied to. Privatization Council and the Agency for restructuring are now working on preparing the strategy for tender, which is according to Vujovic opened till 1 July of this year. It is possible to submit preliminary offers till the end of June and after that final offers should follow on which the Privatization Council will state its opinion. Those who showed interest in buying the package of stocks of Montenegrin Telecomm last year were Greek telecommunication provider OTE and Austrian Telecom AG.
