Niksic, (Montena-business)- The workers of the Brewery ‘Trebjesa’ have the highest average salary of DEM 597, comparing to 40 other companies whose salaries were analysed by Niksic municipal Trade Union’s office. “This company that employs 348 workers, has the lowest salary of DEM 350, and the highest of DEM 1,400” said the representatives of the Union’s office in Niksic to Montena-business. The Elektroprivreda Montenegro, with more than 4,000 workers, provides an average salary of DEM 404. The lowest salary in this company is DEM 112, and the highest more than DEM 1,100. In the Bauxite Miner’s the lowest salary is DEM 350, while the highest one is DEM 1,500. The average salary for 1,400 workers is DEM 450. The Steel Factory ‘Zeljezara’ employs at the moment 2,700 workers, whose average salary is DEM 318. At the bottom of the Union’s list are the Bakery AD Pekara and Juice Factory AD Sokara, which were founded by segmentation of ex Agricultural-Trade Factory. These two companies that employ together 44 workers, provide a salary of DEM 52. The employees in the educational sector are paid best at the Philosophy Faculty, whose 183 employees have an average salary of DEM 490, and DEM 340 in primary schools. The Steel factory ‘Zeljezara’ has 782 workers on forced holidays, and every month provides DEM 200 for them. At the second place regarding the number of workers sent at forced holidays, are the Autoprevozno and Montex with 180 workers at forced holidays, the Javorak factory with 15 workers and the Metalac with 100 workers.
