The Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) decided to issue working licences for Atlas and Opportunity banks. The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro decided yesterday to issue licences for these banks because of their business plans that project the offer of new products to Montenegrin citizens in the next three years. The orientation of the Opportunity bank, founded by foreign capital only, is development of micro and small companies, states the Central Bank of Montenegro in its statement.
