Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The first Women Leaders Conference in Montenegro will be held on 5 November at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica.

The conference, organized by the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro (ALCG), will bring together successful women from different fields of social and economic life. Its goal is to promote women’s leadership and the contribution of women to the development of a modern, equal society through dialogue, exchange of experiences, and examples of good practice.

The conference will be opened by ALCG President Marijana Kadic Bojanic and President of the Association of Montenegrin Managers (AMM) Budimir Raickovic.

The event will feature two discussion panels: “Breaking Barriers to Women’s Leadership on the European Path” and “Young Women Leaders in Challenging Times”.

The event will also include the presentation of the website www.alcg.me donated by Logate.

At the end of the conference, a cocktail reception and networking event for participants and guests will be held, celebrating the first anniversary of the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro. The Association was established with the aim of bringing together, supporting, and empowering women in leadership positions, fostering dialogue and cooperation, and contributing to the development of a society of equal opportunities.
