Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Energy and Water Regulatory Agency (REGAGEN) has issued several licenses for energy-related activities.

The regulator granted Oil Route Trans a licence to transport of petroleum products using transport vehicles. The license is valid from 28 April of this year until 27 April 2036.

Additionally, the Nikšić-based companies Miranis Vujovic and VN Commerce were issued licences for wholesale trade in petroleum products.

These licenses are also valid until 27 April 2036. 

“If they intend to continue performing the licensed activity after the expiration date, license holders are obliged to submit a request for renewal 60 days before the license expires,” the regulator stated in a press release.

In proceedings initiated ex officio, REGAGEN revoked the license of Oil Logistic MN for wholesale trade in petroleum products, as the company failed to submit physical performance indicators for the previous year by 31 January.

The regulator also approved a request from Hifa Oil CG Zeta to amend its license for transporting petroleum products using transport vehicles.
