As Montena-business was informed, the Board of Directors of "Telekom" accepted yesterday the proposal of the Relationship Commission to hand over 17% of shares of the total company capital to its employees, and it would submit this proposal to its council for adoption. The Commission was constituted by the Board of Directors of "Telekom" at its meeting on May 28, and its duty was to make the report on establishing the number of shares and owners# structure of the shares capital of the company till June 1. The members of the Commission were director of "Telekom" Jusuf Fetahovic, president of the Union Misko Pajovic, director of the Agency for restructuring Branko Vujovic and his assistant Dragoljub Jankovic. According to the report of the Commission, it was suggested that the employees should get 17% pf the total company capital, which is over 67 million DEM, and the state should get 83% or about 330 million DEM. A source that wanted to remain unnamed informed Montena-business that the Commission also estimated the total worth of "Telekom" at over 397 million DEM. According to initial estimations, the shares of employees were to be 15.4% of the total company capital, and the total worth of "Telekom" was estimated at about 370 million DEM. The Board of Directors shall direct the proposal of the Relationship Commission to the council of the "Telekom", which is to meet on June 18.
