Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Compared with 2024, the value of construction works increased by 4.8 percent last year to €704 million.

According to Monstat, the value of construction works carried out on buildings amounted to €338 million, while works on other civil engineering structures totalled €365 million. 

“In 2025, companies completed 2,200 apartments, with a total useful floor area of 158,000 square metres,” Monstat said in a press release.
