Real Estate Trade Group established 

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) has established the Real Estate Trade Group as part of its Trade Association Board.

 

Natasa Grdinic of the Budva-based company CMM will be chairing the Group, while Veselin Dragac from the Herceg Novi company Forte Mare was appointed vice-chair.

 

PKCG stated in a press release that the appointments for 27 members of the Group, representing some of the most prominent companies in the real estate sector, were officially verified. 

 

Secretary of the Trade Association Board Milica Lazarevic presented the Group’s Rules of Procedure, which define its structure, operations, and decision-making processes.

 

The Group’s activities will focus on addressing key challenges faced by real estate traders, including support in resolving issues related to the implementation of the Law on Real Estate Brokerage and Leasing, assistance in organizing the professional licensing exam for real estate brokerage, development of Montenegro’s real estate market.


Other areas of focus include organizing professional training, actively participating in efforts to combat the informal economy in the sector, joint participation in trade fairs and conferences, and strengthening regional and international cooperation.
