AMM celebrates 12th anniversary
Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) is celebrating its 12th anniversary today, having grown into a recognized voice of the business community, a gathering place, and a hub for connecting leaders, companies, and entrepreneurs.
AMM stated in a press release that it was established in 2013, with the first Board of Directors appointed by the end of October of the same year.
Since then, AMM has grown into a strong organization that connects, inspires, and promotes best practices in management and leadership.
“What stands out in particular is the fact that the AMM Board of Directors and Presidency include recognized leaders of our major companies – individuals with exceptional backgrounds, competencies, and leadership positions in their organizations. This very quality and credibility give strength to an organization that has grown into a true business and social movement,” the press release stated.
According to the press release, the growth of AMM is especially valuable because it is based on voluntary membership and activism. Companies and their leaders recognized that by strengthening AMM, they were in fact also strengthening their own visions and the vision of a developed Montenegro.
“Young managers and leaders are increasingly joining the Association, knowing that knowledge, innovation, and responsibility are valued here,” the Association stated.
In the coming period, AMM plans to further strengthen the role of young leaders, expand opportunities for their development, and grow its international presence through regional and European cooperation.
AMM’s mission of is clear: to build a community based on knowledge, leadership, and responsibility, because Montenegro’s strength relies on the strength of knowledge and its economy.
The Association thanked its members, companies, institutions, partners, individuals, and the media for their longstanding support.
“Together, we can build an even more prosperous community. Our goal for the future is to be even better, more dedicated, and more innovative,” AMM concluded.
