Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) - Minister of Finance Novica Vukovic will participate in the annual Constituency meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group, which will be held in Varna, Bulgaria, from tomorrow through Sunday, 18 June.

This year’s event, OEDNE/EDS19 Constituency Meeting 2026, is being organized under the theme “Turning Uncertainty into Long-Term Opportunity” and will bring together finance ministers, central bank governors, and representatives of major international financial institutions.

“During the meeting, participants will discuss topics including macroeconomic stability, fiscal sustainability, digital transformation, the competitiveness of European economies, and responses to global challenges,” the Ministry stated in a press release. 

During his stay in Bulgaria, Vukovic will hold a series of bilateral meetings with senior representatives of international financial institutions and member countries of the Constituency.

The event will be attended by leaders of the IMF, the World Bank, the European Central Bank (ECB), as well as representatives of central banks and finance ministries from several European countries.
