Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Prime Minister Milojko Spajic, Berane is entering a new era of development and progress. 

“Fully aware that human potential is the key resource in building a fairer and more prosperous society, we firmly believe that this region, home to strategists and visionaries even in the most challenging times, is now entering a new era of development and progress,” Spajic said in his congratulatory message on the occasion of Berane Municipality Day.

He added that rich natural potential of that region provided a unique opportunity for Berane to offer a more layered, complex, entirely authentic, and attractive tourism product.

Spajic also expressed confidence that the local administration was prepared to meet the challenges of this new phase of development, enabling Berane, as the centre of the north-eastern region, to make a key contribution to balanced regional growth.

“Encouraged by the fact that we have reached the necessary momentum in closing negotiation chapters and have entered the final stage of EU accession talks, to the pride and benefit of all our citizens, I once again warmly congratulate you on 21 July,” the message reads.
