Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to its representatives, the Ministry of Economic Development proudly stands out as the Government’s most efficient and productive department, based on the official report on the implementation of the Government’s Work Programme for the first and second quarters.

Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economic Development Nik Gjeloshaj stated in a press release that with the successful implementation of 20 activities, the Ministry was undoubtedly the most effective public institution in Montenegro during this period. 

“This success has been further reinforced by the recent adoption of the Bill on Business Organizations, which marks the complete fulfilment of all obligations assigned to our Ministry. These results are a clear confirmation of our unwavering commitment to the Ministry’s mission – to foster Montenegro’s economic development and pave the way toward fully fledged EU membership,” Gjeloshaj said.

According to him, this success is no coincidence – it is the direct result of dedicated work, responsible leadership, and the professionalism of the entire team within the Ministry.

“I would like to thank the State Secretaries, Director-Generals of the Directorates, and all employees of the Ministry of Economic Development for their dedicated work and professional approach to their responsibilities,” Gjeloshaj said.

He added that the Ministry would continue working with the same determination and responsibility towards the ultimate goal – a European, prosperous, and economically strong Montenegro.
