Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Women Leaders Association of Montenegro is launching a programme of free educational workshops for women seeking greater personal, professional, and economic security, more visibility in the public sphere, and stronger control over their own decisions.
The workshops will be held in Podgorica, Budva, and Bijelo Polje from March to May next year. Participation is completely free of charge, with mandatory registration due to a limited number of places.
The programme focuses on three key thematic areas addressing the pillars of women’s empowerment: finance, rights, and communication skills.
“Through practical work, real-life examples, and direct cooperation with experienced experts, participants will gain knowledge and tools helping them recognize their own value, protect their rights, and more confidently achieve their professional and personal goals,” the Association stated in a press release.
The programme is designed for women entrepreneurs, small business owners, women in middle management positions in both the private and public sectors, as well as all ambitious and motivated women seeking greater professional security, visibility, and independence.
This programme is not just an educational initiative, but a space where women strengthen their knowledge, self-confidence, and position in society.
