Montenegrin producers showcased the best of their wines, once again confirming Montenegro’s status as an important wine destination in the region.
PKCG Vice President Dragan Kujovic reflected on the excellent attendance and positive atmosphere at the joint booth of Montenegrin winemakers, saying that such events further strengthen Montenegro’s position on the wine map of the region and Europe.
“Through the winemakers’ group and other forms of association, PKCG fully supports their efforts to ensure Montenegro is highly positioned on the wine map – a place it truly deserves, given the quality of its wines. Montenegrin wines are enjoyed across Europe and the world, and events like the Belgrade fair are an excellent opportunity to further strengthen recognition and maintain a steady presence of our wines on the international wine scene,” said Kujovic.
According to a press release from the PKCG, he added that he is confident Montenegrin winemakers will use the fair to conclude new business arrangements through different activities and B2B meetings, strengthen their operations, getting ready for the period ahead, especially in the context of Montenegro’s EU accession process.
The participation of Montenegrin winemakers in this prestigious fair, with organizational support from PKCG, once again confirmed the quality of domestic wines, strengthened Montenegro’s visibility on the international wine scene, and highlighted the continued progress of Montenegrin winemaking.
