This year’s TWBM award winners announced

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The best Montenegrin women-led or women-owned companies will receive the Top Women Business Montenegro (TWBM) 2025 awards at a ceremony to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica at the end of November.
“The TWBM awards this year once again recognize the excellence, dedication, and leadership strength of women who improve Montenegro’s business environment through their work,” stated a press release.
The Top Women Business Montenegro initiative highlights women behind stable and successful companies, promoting the values of professionalism, transparency, and ethical business practices.
In the category of women-owned companies, awards for the highest business revenues in the previous business year will be presented to Angelina Vukovic of Podgorica-based Osmi Red, Milena Klikovac of IK Real Podgorica, and Jelena Kalezic of Zinza Podgorica.
In the category of women-led companies, awards will be given to Mirjana Mijuskovic of Glosarij, Snezana Perovic of Hemomont, Andjelka Milutinovic of Entext Inzenjering, and Zorica Radonjic of Tivat-based Autotamaris.
In a special category called NLB Women Empowerment, established this year and aimed at holders of the ZIGA Women’s Business label, this year’s award goes to Jasmina Mulic of Mare Invest in Tivat.
The TWBM initiative was launched by the Agency for Strategic Communications and Projects, BI Communication, with the support of Montenegro’s first business information provider, BI Consulting.
It is implemented with the institutional support of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and under the general patronage of NLB Bank. Project partners also include MFI Alter Modus and One Montenegro.
