URA: Representatives of state-owned companies came to the Government building to secretly sign a document

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the United Reform Action (URA), several public authorities and the Municipality of Budva individually signed a document with investors Adriatic Properties, Aidway Investment Limited and Amanresorts Management, allowing Prime Minister Milojko Spajic to shift responsibility.

“Wanting to hide behind the Ministry of Economic Development and state-owned companies and to try to deflect responsibility, aware of the catastrophic decision he is making, Spajic drafted a document that was individually signed in the Government building by several public authorities and the Municipality of Budva, together with the investors Adriatic Properties, Aidway Investment Limited and Amanresorts Management,” URA said, referring to the document published in a podcast by the party’s president, Dritan Abazovic, regarding the secret signing of the document for the purpose of settlement in the arbitration proceedings before the International Arbitration Court in London.

URA added that this procedure will clearly involve the Special State Prosecutor’s Office as well, because in an attempt to evade responsibility, Spajić added to the list of signatories companies that had not previously signed either the original contract or its annex.

URA believes it is important for Spajic to answer several questions.

The party stated that it is clear Spajic has been exposed.

“He is trying to hide indisputable facts from the citizens, but he will not succeed. Show the document or publicly announce that you are withdrawing from building apartments in the Milocer park,” URA concluded.
