Documentation update required for elderly benefit recipients

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management has informed elderly benefit recipients that they are required to update their documentation between 4 August 15 and August.
“The documentation must be issued no more than one month prior to submission and should be submitted to the Agricultural Advisory Services within the jurisdiction of the recipient’s municipality,” the Ministry stated in a press release.
Recipients are also required to indicate their preferred method of payment on the application form for receiving the elderly benefit.
Regardless of the chosen method, the recipient is responsible for covering any transfer fees.
Starting with the August payment, benefits will be disbursed according to the payment method selected during the update process.
“Recipients who fail to submit updated documentation within the specified period will be considered to have renounced their right to the elderly benefits,” the Ministry added.
