Milatovic promulgates 28 laws passed by Parliament

 

Podgorica, (MINA) – President of Montenegro Jakov Milatovic has promulgated 28 laws adopted by the Parliament over the past week.

Milatovic promulgated the Law on the Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns, as well as amendments to the Law on the Election of Councilors and MPs and the Law on Local Administration.

According to the press release from his office, Milatovic also enacted the General Law on Education and the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, as well as the amendments to the Law on Concessions.

Milatovic also enacted the amendments to the Law on the Budget of Montenegro, the Law Credit Guarantee Fund, as well as the Law on Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit in the Public Sector and the Railway Law.

Among other laws that Milatovic promulgated are the Amendments to the Rescue and Protection Law, the Law on Covered Bonds, the amendments to the Law on Identity Cards, the Law on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, the amendments to the Law on Crafts, the Law on State Aid Control, and others.

Milatovic also ratified several laws confirming international conventions.
