Number of installations increases 

Niksic, (MINA-BUSINESS) – EPCG Solar Gradnja continues its successful development and implementation of rooftop solar systems, maintaining a positive trend in June and July compared to the same period last year.

 

“In June and July, we installed solar panels with a total capacity of 6.7 megawatts (MW), marking an improvement over the same period last year when 5.2 MW were installed. This confirms better work organization and increased field activity,” the company stated in a press release.

 

According to the company, a growing number of legal entities, institutions, and businesses are opting to install solar panels on their buildings in order to reduce electricity costs and contribute to environmental protection.

 

“This summer, EPCG Solar Gradnja completed several large systems, including a 300-kilowatt (kW) plant at FC Sutjeska stadium, 130 kW at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, 80 kW at the Berane Wastewater Treatment Plant, and 50 kW at the Sports Centre in Rozaje,” the company reported.

 

Representatives of EPCG Solar Gradnja said they are proud to contribute to the national strategy for renewable energy development and, together with partners and users, support the construction of an energy-sustainable and environmentally responsible Montenegro.
