Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Connecting with national parks, developing rural tourism, and strengthening local infrastructure are key steps toward unlocking new opportunities for Savnik, and encouraging young people to stay in the region, said President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, in a congratulatory message marking Savnik Municipality Day.

“I am confident that, with support from the state and the commitment of local authorities and citizens, Savnik will continue to grow and offer better living conditions,” Milatovic stated.

He added that, in a time when balanced regional development is a national priority, Savnik stands out as a valuable green spot on Montenegro’s map.

“With that in mind, I hope this day inspires new ideas, projects, and a spirit of unity. Let our municipalities preserve tradition while also embracing innovation, investment, and fresh opportunities,” he said.

Milatovic extended his congratulations for July 22, Savnik Municipality Day, to local officials and all citizens.
