Podgorica, (MINA) – The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) has called on Prime Minister Milojko Spajic to dismiss the security sector leadership, stating that the current top officials are unfit for their positions and incapable of tackle challenges they face.

DPS spokesperson Sonja Popovic said that the security sector is in a state of total disarray, which result in the chaos on the streets of Montenegro, as proved by another murder that took place on Saturday night, along with two injuries.

She stated that the police concealed the fact that one of the injured was a bystander who was grazed by a bullet.

Popovic asked what more needs to happen before any of the security sector high officials, including coordinator of security services Aleksa Becic and Minister of Internal Affairs Danilo Saranovic, take responsibility for the worst security situation the country has ever experienced.
