On the occasion of November 11 – Armistice Day marking the end of the First World War, he expressed deep respect for the heroes and victims of that fateful global conflict, which marked a turning point in the history of mankind.
“The First World War left an indelible mark on the world, and the sacrifices made by our ancestors represent not only a part of history, but also the fundamental values that we uphold today – freedom, honor and dignity”, Krapovic said, according to the Ministry of Defense.
He called on the citizens to remember the most precious value that humanity has – peace, which must be preserved with wisdom, solidarity and joint efforts of all nations.
