Bar, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Port of Bar handled a total of 849,140 tons of cargo in the first half of the year, seven percent less compared to the same period last year, when 914,820 tons were handled.

According to the management’s semi-annual business report, the 2025 business plan projected 995,000 tons of cargo for the first six months, meaning the current result accounts for 85 percent of the planned volume.

The report highlights a notable decline in bulk cargo, while both liquid and general cargo saw increases compared to the same period in 2024.

Of the total 849,14 tons handled, 656,47 tons were bulk, 142,950 were liquid, and 49,730 were general cargo.
