Podgorica, (MINA) – The Administrative Court has overturned the decision to dismiss Gordana Radojevic from the position of director of the Directorate for Statistics, the Government of Montenegro passed in 2021 and 2023.

In a press statement Radojevic said that in the Court’s verdict cited the lack of material evidence for her dismissal, as well as failure to properly establish and explain the decision in line with the law and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.

She said that the Administrative Court found the decision to be unlawful, overturned it and returned the case for reconsideration, requiring the Government to issue a new, legal one.

“This is the second ruling by the Administrative Court, which establishes the illegality of the dismissal of Gordana Radojevic from the position of director of the Directorate for Statistics”, said Radojevic.
