Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Tenants’ Association has called on the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property to withdraw the online application process for the Velje Brdo project and to establish a transparent, accessible system that also allows for non-digital applications.

The Association voiced concerns that the existing online-only process is not accessible to all citizens with genuine housing needs.

“We believe this application system is discriminatory and denies fair opportunities to citizens who are unable to apply online,” the Association stated in a press release.

If their demands are not met, the Tenants’ Association announced it would be compelled to appeal to the relevant courts and institutions to protect legality and equal opportunities for all citizens.

“We urge all tenants to reach out to the Association and complete the application form, which will be submitted as credible proof of genuine housing need,” the press release concluded.
