ESG Coach application launched 

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The ESG Coach application, a digital tool for the systematic education of employees on ESG principles, aligned with modern regulatory requirements and the real needs of businesses, is now available to companies in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and the wider region.

The application has been made available upon the completion of the regional LEAD project, which was implemented with the support of the EmBRACE programme, with the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of small, medium-sized, and family-owned enterprises through practical, easy-to-use digital solutions.

“During the project, the web platform www.esgcoach.me was also developed, intended for the management of small and medium-sized enterprises and for teams dealing with reporting and strategy,” a press release states.

In just a few minutes and completely free of charge, the platform allows companies to carry out an ESG self-assessment, review their current level of compliance with ESG standards, identify key gaps, and define priorities for further development and improvement of practices. 

The development of the ESG Coach is the result of regional cooperation among partners on the LEAD project: Alicorn from Montenegro, PRO-MAP from Croatia, and PRIME Communications from Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support of the EmBRACE programme.
